Henry Thomas Designs, LLC, d/b/a Old Skool Cycle Werks

Henry Thomas Designs was founded in 2005 by Henry Thomas Chriss. Henry recognized an unsatisfied demand in the custom motorcycle accessories market segment. He set out to create products that offer full customization, functionality and ease of installation at a fraction of the cost of fully-customized motorcycles.

Henry has more than 20 years of experience in product research and development, manufacturing and supply chain. He also has executive-level business experience with fortune 500 companies, such as Nike and Aramark.

Henry Thomas Designs, LLC, d/b/a Old Skool Cycle Werks (OSCW), has been doing business since 2005 and was incorporated in 2008. OSCW began to design and fabricate prototype products, did extensive product testing and also began the individual product patent process before incorporating.

Old Skool Cycle Werks operates under a core competency of product excellence with a focus on quality, reliability and brand integrity. OSCW caters to end-user individuals and dealership/wholesale markets. Manufacturing is outsourced to local companies with OSCW closely monitoring product fabrication to ensure quality.

OSCW employs an aggressive marketing and advertising strategy geared toward building brand recognition and market share. OSCW products are designed to offer consumers a simple and cost-effective method of customizing their motorcycle without the time and expense of hiring custom fabricators and/or changing the structural integrity of their motorcycle.

OSCW flagship product – The PhatBack™ – has been well-received by wholesalers and individual consumers. Its innovative design and functionality has generated increased product interest and growing demand. OSCW is working with numerous dealerships nation wide, as part of our growth strategy, to implement our Dealer Partnership Program. J&P Cycles, the world’s largest aftermarket motorcycles accessories catalog company, has also extended an invitation to OSCW to feature the PhatBack™ in their catalog.

Experts in the industry have recognized that OSCW product offerings are unique and innovative. They have personally requested that OSCW products be featured at events such as the V-Twin Expo, Daytona Bike Week, Daytona Biketoberfest and the South Texas Motorcycle Show – some of the largest and most recognized domestic and international motorcycle events in the United States.
